Amarela, or Yellow Easy Chair
The Amarela, or Yellow Easy Chair, is generous: its design is open-source and the chair itself is wide, comfortable, cheap and easy to produce – two chairs can be made from one marine plywood sheet. The chair is versatile, as it can be made with or without laminate covers, in whichever colour you choose, with or without cushions and you can store whatever you like in the space under the seat. Ask Rodrigo for the plans (rodrigo@orodrigoquefez.com.br) and jump in, or take them down to your local carpenter.
